NOT GREAT FOR CHILDREN WITH ASTHMA AND PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE SMOKING IS HARMFUL

My home is flooded with smoke daily. Despite complaints, the governing council have ruled that smoking on outdoor balconies is a protected right and does not pose a public health risk to neighbors.
