Building is very old and poorly maintained Estate is very dark at night with poor lighting Limited sheltered car park lots Most residents who own cars some of whom are committee members park their cars out of the lot taking up 2 lots or parking in a manner that does not allow another car to park Car park has leaking issues no lift access Many flights of stairs needed to get up and down to car park Emergency staircases are dark and filled up by cleaners equipment making it a hazard in the event of an emergency evacuation Lifts are slow and always out of order Security is very lax Building power and water supply are often interrupted for hours so be prepared to have some alternative lighting like torches and not be able to shower when you needwant to Management is hardly contactable and when contactable does little to nothing to resolve issues

Huge apartments, excellent location, awesome amenities and very nice neighbors..

Good sized condo, decoration varies with landlord, but beware very rude and impolite security guards with visitors.
