Very nice safe environment for children to play in. The traffic is mostly allowed in the perimeter areas

Do not buy/rent cause the committee here are unreasonable. They do not allow 3rd car to be park inside the condo over night. So if you have relative, friends , son or daughters who visit you weekly they have to park their car outside the condo after midnight. If not security will clamp their car.
