One of the better location in the city, not so congested, lots of amenities, easy transport, close to CBD

Great condo!

The property is screaming "prime location". Situated walking distance from tourist spots like Merlion, Esplanade, chinatown and clarke quay, it gives you unparallelled access to world renowed places in Singapore. CBD is just a stone-throw away and walking distance from Raffles so its also a short 7 mins walk if you're working there.

Walking outside the condo gives you a feeling of nostalgia and allows you to stroll down the memory lane as it is situated along the colorful Club street conserved shophouses. As soon as you enter the unique chinese architecture entrance and courtyard, there is a feeling of tranquility and eliminates the rustling and bustling of city scape.

Me and my wife fell in love with the place that we decided to buy a unit here last week. It is the only 999-yr leasehold in District 1 as of this writing so while the sail, marina bay residences, clift and other 99-yr leasehold condos loose value over the years, this condo retains its value for the next hundreds of years and good for your next generation family.
