Accessible location with hair saloon 711 Korean store cafe s nearby I like that it’s near mrt station and personally I do not experience any rain water leaking through wall on raining day

LEAKING WALLS WATER DISRUPTION AND POOR MANAGEMENT

I do not like to write bad reviews but I think it is important to share my experience to make others aware about the problems they should expect while staying in The Hillford The problems the tenants may face frequently are listed below
1 Rain water leaking through wall due to very poor construction quality and regular maintenance massive amount of rain water leaking through wall should be expected by tenants in the following units
• Block 170 In every floor Unit 01
• Block 172 In every floor Unit 11 14 15 and 16
• Block 174 In every floor Unit 22 and 23
• Block 176 In every floor Unit 26 29 30 and 33
• Block 178 In every floor Unit 34 37 38 and 41
• Block 180 In every floor Unit 42 45 46 and 49
Note 1 Tenants should not expect any assistance from the management office to resolve the water leaking issue
Note 2 Example of water leaking can be found in the attached pictures
2 Very low water pressure By very low water pressure I mean insufficient water pressure to use tap shower and bidet spray Tenants of blocks 172 174 176 and 178 should expect to face this problem daily Every time this problem can persists from 30 minutes to 2 hours Usually occurs in between 4PM-8PM and 11PM-2AM
3 Corridor flooding In every block the ground floor tenants should expect frequent corridor flooding during monsoon season
4 No 247 concierge The Hillford advertises that they have 247 Concierge service It is not true The concierge area is manned by a receiptionst from 830 AM to 630 PM However tenants should not expect any standard concierge service from the receptionists as they are not trained Some of them cannot even speak or understand English From 630 PM to 11 PM the concierge area is manned by the only security guard leaving the security post empty After 11 PM no receptionist or security guard can be found in the concierge area
5 High maintenance cost The Hillford is a partially furnished condo In every unit refrigerator washer dryer microwave induction cooker and aircons are provided by the developer However these white good are of very low quality and does not contain standard 3 to 10 years’ warranty So tenants should expect frequent and high-cost repairmaintenance of these white goods
6 Power outage in the corridors and garden area On a rainy day tenants should expect power outage in the corridors garden area and pool
7 Fire safety hazard Taking advantage of the little to no inspection by The Hillford management office many tenants store their personal belongings and litter in the common corridors It not only increases the risk of fire but also creates hazard for fire evacuation
