Previously I assumed the project is on the hill, might walk long way to the main street, haha! In fact, within 6 minutes, I can easily walk through the back gate 1 (next to the beautiful heritage building Nanhwa High) to the Peace Centre and the main street for restuarants, foodcourts, caffe, shops, cinemas...all kinds of citylife! This project is rare among the nearby condos, because it has a comnination of quiet resortstyle and nearby modern citylife. You have to be smart and lucky to look for units closed to backgate 1, facing the mirrior pool, those are the best. And try to advoid west sunshine units because all the blocks only 6 levels. Both the clubhouse and restuarant inside are classic heritage building, my husband loves them :). Only 0.45 km to Saint Margaret Primary, that is also good for daughter! I saw the Stamford primary and some international schools and Art schools nearby as well!
