Kingsford Waterbay is a large and recent residential development completed in 2018. Its 1,165 units are spread across nine 16 storey towers located in a private residential enclave meaning that you will not be disturbed by the main road traffic noise.

Unlike many other condominiums, this project is arranged in such a way that all residents either have an unblocked scenery view over the Serangoon river or the swimming pool.

Close proximity to Hougang MRT station, direct public bus available, free shuttle bus for residents to Hougang MRT station and bus interchange. Near KPE tunnel so you can reach the CBD in 20-30 mins drive.

Breezy and peaceful. No highway road noise, surrounded by nature. Easy and quiet to exercise along the river (walking, running, cycling, roller-skating, etc.). The condominium is literally just beside the park connector along the river.

The facilities include a huge 1,50 metre lap pool (one of the largest in Singapore), a wave pool, a gym, a tennis court, an aqua gym, bbq pits and a sky bar among others.

Have good value-added retail outlets inside the condo: hair salon, childcare, art studio, manicure salon (at this time of post).

No condominium is perfect, but this development ticks many boxes for us! Last but not least... Great viewing to watch sunrise sunset !
