Cosy place in convenient location

The condo is newly built with full facilities, such as a gym, 50m lap pool, jacuzzi pools, mist sauna, BBQ pitches, outside lounge, parking lots downstairs, and 24h guard house. The size of the condo is just so nice that the facilities are always not crowded by condo residents who are mostly working individuals/couples and young families, mix of expats and locals.

The location is perfect if you are looking for quiet peaceful neighborhood AND convenient access to MRT/buses. Neighboring buildings on the same road are landed houses or small condos, and at the end of the road, there is a stadium which is open for public. Serangoon MRT (North East Line and Circle Line) is 6 minutes away on foot and 4 bus stops are within 1-2 minutes walking distance. NEX, the biggest shopping mall in this area is on Serangoon MRT (so 6 minutes walk from the flat), and has everything you would need; 24h Cold Storage, 24h Fair Price, Japanese restaurants (which are authentic for Japanese), Ding Tai Fung, Food Republic, Wine Connection, etc. The location is also fantastic if you would like to explore local delights, such as Serangoon Gardens (famous for Chomp Chomp), local cafes, an artisan cake shop, and markets. I often go for a run in the nearby residential area which has small roads with few traffic and is easy for running or walking. If you are a frequent traveler, Changi Airport is just 20 minutes by taxi.
