Beware Property Management Smart Property Mgmt is unresponsive and cannot fulfill a simply request Getting a timely response here is like winning the lottery Noise level is unbearable Pool area is not thoroughly cleaned especially during the Covid-19 pandemic Also the front gate tends to malfunction every two months and repairing it takes an additional month There are better places to invest your money I would highly recommend to think twice before signing on the dotted line
