GREAT FOR FAMILIES AND YOUNG COUPLES

One of the few non-landed private residential areas Sounds like I am an agent but I am not haha just like to read up on property in Singapore
Timed my walk from Lor Chuan MRT to Cardiff Residences It was about 6 to 7 Mins The walk from Cardiff Residence to Lor Chuan MRT is fully sheltered so no need to bring umbrella for sunny or rainy days
The bus stop is about 25m from the side gate Many buses to take such as Bus 22 24 45 53 73 133 135 136 156 and 853
It is a 300m walk to the nearest coffee shop
It is 1KM to the center of Serangoon Gardens
Quite a serene environment to be in 1 kids pool 1 small adult pool 2 BBQ pit 1 Function Room 1 Gym

New Condo at D19. Cardiff Residence has good access to the MRT/LRT rail system, with Lorong Chuan MRT station taking about 10 minutes to walk to.4 International schools nearby.
