We have moved in ElevenHolland months ago On paper it's a great condo nice facilities spacious units
In reality
- LandlordDevelopper owning 40 units filed for liquidation end of 2022 is gone with all tenants deposits and no maintenance is now ensured for the tenants aircon dishwashers it will be on you
- Facilities are badly maintained and became pretty dangerous for kids For example many tiles are gone in the swimming pool for months so kids can easily cut themselves Management is not doing anything about The Gym is just a messy room down the carpark
- Much more problematic several houses are infested with termites and require change of flooring Of course to limit the cost Landlord is not doing so and you end up leaving in a house full of termites being explained that termites are the responsibility of the tenants
- WindowsSliding doors are very badly isolated When it rains it rains in your house Material are very low quality

If you want to save yourself from losing a lot of money and being extremely disappointed Just forget about ElevenHolland

Hard to get a unit to rent here as it is quite popular here to rent among expats Quality serene living

Excellent cluster house to live in with a vibrant expat community

Small rooms most pretty dark Lots and lots of stairs Rooms get wet if you leave outside windows and doors open when it rains Top floors get full blast of the sun in the afternoon so are hot

Great place to stay in especially for families Good potential of development in the surrounding Luxurious and quiet Surprised how undervalued this property is

Quiet and great living with great view Undervalued property for expats to explore and enjoy Prestigious place to live in with close proximity to great primary school
