Reviews of THE LAKEFRONT RESIDENCES

I am currently a resident at The Lakefront Residences It is lovely looking and close to the park and schools My concern is that the management is not thoughtful of their residents' well being They have closed the pools The Singapore Govt has not made this restriction as SIngapore is very thoughtful and careful with their restrictions and rules to keep their people safe No other condos in our area have made this restriction Many people at the condo have voiced this concern They are not compromising at all There are many people who use the pool for their exercise and mental health With thoughtful restrictions the pools could be open and used to bring joy exercise and a healthy life to our community The management has opted for an easy choice for THEM not for their residents I would highly rethink if you were to move in to a condo here or buy a condo because your voice is not heard with major life-altering decisions for quality of life here at Lakefront Residences

MRT is at doorstep, nice pool facilities, and friendly residents. I'm enjoying my stay here with my young family!

Great for Singles

Quality and fitting work from Keppel Land in this project is below par compared other development. Too many units vs. facilities ratio. Also the area of this development is small and cramp
