Awesome location Iconic condo with 24th storey high sky gym suspended in the sky
United square mall with eateries and shopping just 50m in front of the condo with a taxi stand and even postbox right in front
Goldhill square with eateries and shops is also next to the condo

MRT and Bus in 2-4min walk

Nice facilities and at night the condo lights up with amazing grace

New management has further improved the initial teething problems a few years ago when condo was just completed

Great place to stay

Beautiful condominium with quiet and Serene facilities.

While the building and facility is otherwise stunning, the location next to a very high-traffic mall & educational facilities is extremely undesirable. Bumper to bumper traffic outside the condo, ceaseless noise from honking at all hours of the day and night and illegally parked vehicles all around the area make it extremely noisy, congested and sometimes impossible to get in & out of building. Were it in a better location, it'd be ideal.

As a resident of Lincoln Suites I would like to ensure that other perspective tenants know some things about this property I wish I had known prior to signing a lease. While the grounds are nice and the apartments are new, the management of this building has very little interest in making living here easy. The list of irrational and unnecessary restrictions and policies designed to minimize cost is to long and varied to list here, however, I will give a couple of examples to illustrate the challenges of living here: The management does not provide a means to receive a package delivery at this building. They will not allow guards to accept packages and provide no facility for receipt of packages. In short, unless you are home, you cannot receive packages. Visitor access to the apartments is unsafe. A web app is used to buzz visitors in. This means, should anyone gain access to the app, they can buzz themselves or anyone else into your apartment. The username and passwords in use are extremely hackable and the management refuses to allow tenants to change either. Again, there are many problems with this building and I strongly urge anyone considering living here to dive into the details before making a decision to live here.
