Espada has full condo facilities with nice swimming pools and open areas and lounges to chill out The place is nicely maintained and has a peaceful environment with tenants who are usually Europeans Japanese or Koreans It is along a side road and the view is beautiful especially at night Three mins walk to a medium-sized 24 hour NTUC super-mart and the food street along Killiney road has eateries that sell western Japanese Korean Thai Hong Kong Taiwan and other food 8 mins stroll to Somerset mrt with 3 big shopping malls spoilt for choice I love the Donki Donki there Definitely a great place to stay for expats
