Alexis is located in an attractive location.
Perfect for Couple who appreciate living close to the city fringe. 4 minutes walk to Queenstown MRT for easy connectivity to Tanjong Pagar, Raffles place, and Marina Bay Financial center.

Simple condo with standard amenities

Not really sure why the reviews on here are high but in my experience Alexis is a very poorly designed condo block that is OVERPRICED. The 1 bedroom apartments are 'VERY' small for the price of approx $5000 per mth. (I lived in Tokyo for 3 years and my apartment was bigger and CHEAPER in central Tokyo!!)

The 1 Bedroom unit at ALEXIS takes on a poor modern look, they have even designed the kitchen draws and cupboards in such a way that you have to use electricity to open them! The washing machine/dryer is not really powerful as the dryer takes 3-4hrs to dry clothes which will run your electricity bill sky high! (no Balcony in the Standard ,gas stove or ceiling fan). There is always factory construction noise at the back of the block.The gym was a big disappointment with a small room with 3 pieces of equipment consisting of a Treadmill, Bike, Stepper and no weights. However, the pool and location is great (accessible to amenities shopping / restaurants / transport).

BOTTOM LINE: If you choose to stay here do not expect much as the apartments are VERY small and overpriced for singapore standards (worse than Japan). There are far better condos worth the money you pay on a monthly basis.This is not meant for families but more catered for the single student or expat. Personally, I will not stay here again.

Central new condo

Are the other reviews made by realtors and possibly owners who are trying to rent their units? You gotta be kidding!! This is a terrible development. Units are too small and the security is lax. To pay close to $5000/mth for less than 1000 sqft is a joke when this area is not even close to Orchard Road area. Yup it is close to Ikea so, pay Ikea prices!

Alexis is a very conveniently located condominium which is well -connected to the whole of Singapore. The place is cosy and very enjoyable to stay. Try the 75m sky pool! Love it!
