The interior is old lots of repairs need to be done The basement apartment is humid no air and smelly The garden needs to be looked after very messy and lots of old un-carred old plants In rainy days lots of cockroaches in the hallway
Sometimes snakes comes in to the apartment in the lower basement
The apartment is good for young parents with small children and tenants with pets Can be quiet if there are no cocks running around and crowing at early hours
The gym and pool are small
