This centrally located development is a great Jem As an investor I have visited quite a few units there and most are well maintained This place is near to many eateries and shopping places it is also near to Bugis Orchard and Marina as compared to neighourhood It is popular among young people and the prices are comparable to Hdb considered that it is freehold and very near to mrt

The place, MCST doesn't seems to care anything. The pool water is not maintained and it has this foul smell and debris. Things seems to be falling in pieces in the house and there are leakage problems which I am not sure why the MCST wouldn't do a single thing. The MCST fees are exorbitant considering that the quarterly fees can actually pay for the mortgage. For potential buyers, my advice is caveat emptor. There are better quality and better managed buildings around.

I do not advise anyone to rent a unit in this condo. Very noisy, full of mold everywhere and many pipe problems, management avoid all the problems and specially unit 02-06 is rented by a very nasty owner which doent care about unit problems, does not pay you for fixing the things they should and keeps your deposit without reason. DONT RENT IT!
