Watten Residences is a cluster house development located in the exclusive Bukit Timah/Newton District 11 and it is only 5 to 6 minutes walk to Tan Kah Kee MRT Station.

Watten Residences is located in a landed enclave and the environment is quiet & serene. Coronation Shopping Plaza, Serene Centre, supermarkets like Cold Storage, NTUC Fairprice and the Singapore Botanic Gardens are within close proximity.

Watten Residences offers its residents a whole range of facilities which include barbeque area, covered car park, fitness corner, gymnasium room, jacuzzi, 60m Lap pools, children playground and 24 hours security that make it the most exciting & ideal home.

This has to be a very odd and smallish development.
The unit are limited and thus lack of proper facilities. The pool looked like a drain and very small to swim in.
Did not like anything from its facilities from pool to BBQ pit (think that was all they had almost?) Limited parking lot for visitors so visitors could probably take a bus.
Interior layout was extremely odd too with a lift and no live-in space.
