Great place to live the studios are very nice bright and airy Facilities are the best among condos in the area and the superb location make it convenient to get around

Soleil is an iconic condo right next to novena mrt which is two stations from orchard station

Through its side gate the condo is directly linked to two shopping malls Velocity and Square two and the MRT and through an underground walkway there are another two malls the United square and Goldhill square just a 2-3 min walk away

So its location is second to none and it is surrounded by endless eateries shopping places and also sports shops The top hospitals and emergency departments are also a stone throw away

The condo is distinct as it is the tallest in the area with awesome city views on the 20th floor of the skybridge and top notch facilities It oozes class and the rooms are squarish and very big studios and 2-3 roomers by local standards

Very popular condo and excellent reviews in google and all the other property forums

Many expats staying in the area and thus many shops catering to the varied needs of expats too

Soleil has full condo facilities. It is a paradise by itself. Superb night view at level 20 facility deck! Best of both worlds; quiet and self-contained with convenience at my disposal. Side gate to Novena Square (leading to MRT) is my favorite.
