Terribly noisy all the time. Can hear Star Vista’s weekly evening aerobics with loud music and frequent events blasting out loud announcements.
Neighbours using 9th floor BBQ area are a constant menace. Building work next to the building is unrelenting. Upgrading work by management from Nov 2018-Mar 2020 will be disruptive to all.

The development is very close to Bouna Vista MRT and is next door to Star Vista mall. Rochester also has shops within the complex, so it is very convenient. Just across the road from Biopolis & 1-North hub.

Excellent location for work, entertainment, rest and relax.
Less than 3 minute walk along sheltered walkway to Buona Vista MRT for direct access to Central Business District, Orchard Road all parts of the island, Botanical Gardens is just 2 stops away which is a wonderful place for walking or jogging. There is also a bus stop with a good choice of routes less than 3 minute walk along sheltered walkway. One North is within walking distance. Restaurants, supermarkets and all daily amenities are less than 3 minute walk away including a performing arts centre. All these amidst an environment of lush green and tranquility.

Excellent location for work, play and relax. Walking distance for those working in one north. Direct MRT access for those working in Central Business District. Next to a performing theatre, restaurants, shopping and amenities and yet in a lush green and peaceful environment.
