Agree with others. Very noisy building and very noisy people. For some reason, people think its ok to have long conversations in the lift area and have kids screaming and yelling. The condo itself has no soundproofing. You hear everything from dogs running around above you to toilets flushing and taps flowing. The noise is concentrated to the main bedroom. The designers of the building did not understand where water pipes should go. Recently the block I'm living in has developed loud water pipe vibrations. Apparently it's because one of the appartments has faulty taps. However after numerous complaints to management nothing has been done other than sending out a circular telling people to check their taps. Have been woken up every morning by the sound of water pipes vibrating and woken up late at night from it too. Counting the months left on the lease to leave.

Extremely noisy apartments. The floors are not sound proofed and you will hear everything from toilets flushing to dogs tapping and running to people walking.

Everything else is nice, but I am just counting the days till my lease runs out to leave.

Nice location but noisy, bad security allowing outsiders to come in easily / people cycling in basement car park / boxing in basement, dirty, toilet blocke easily.

Only location is good but everything else is very poorly maintained, bad security, dark basement

If you're looking for a noisy condo, where the every sound (from pressure cookers, domestics, yelling children up late etc.) reverberate through the poorly constructed building, this is the place for you. It was once nice. It's now dominated by a lot of very rude, selfish and noisy people, principally heralding from one place.
The management are fond of signs and rules telling you all the things that can't be done, but there joyless quest is a failed one, as little attention is payed.
Few more noise polluted and unfriendly places I've ever stayed in decades of moving around the world.
