This is a very centralised apartment situated close to MRTs (Downtown Line and East/West Line), and near to many restaurants, food centre and amenities.

I would highly discourage any expat to rent out a unit here. Management are the worst of any condo building I've lived in for over 8 years in Singapore. Very little flexibility to the point of impracticality - things like having a written check and paying $50 to book out your own BBQ area, no moving on weekends or after 5:30pm. The staff are mostly useless when you need something like a package to be held etc.

Located at a very convenient place. Directly opposite Amoy Food Center which you could find lots of local delicacies, situated btw 2 mrt - Telok Ayer Station and Tanjong Pagar Station. Most importantly, it is located in central Singapore which make your trip save lots to travel time around in Singapore.

Nice a condo with concierge service and facilities. Sky park facilities provides spectacular view and romantic ambience.
Loft unit available in The Clift. Loft is the luxury living in Singapore. Super love the high ceiling in my unit.

A beautifully designed building with wonderful potential but completely ruined by chronic mismanagement.
There are routinely faults across the building including (but not limited to) lift failures, faulty/poorly installed gym equipment, regular failures of the heating for the hot-tub and long delays in fault resolution. It is now over 18 months since one of the dumbells was stolen from the gym, it is yet to be replaced by the management.
I would like to point out that the concierge team are fantastic, always happy to help residents, and really do make coming home a joy. If only the management team could perform at the same high standard.
The unit itself is fine (unremarkable, functional unit - the attractive part of the building when we moved in was the facilities) but not entirely without faults. The aircon and washing machine were poorly installed and so there are regular leakage & condensation overflow problems.
Overall, as a resident for nearly 2yrs, I am very disappointed at how the management team have contrived to turn a wonderful opportunity into a very average experience. Would not recommend.
