Villa Marina is a low-rise resort condominium situated in the heart of Siglap, where pubs, restaurants, cafes and convenience shops can be found. It is one of the most luxurious project with the best facilities one can find in the east coast of Singapore. The clubhouse, gymnasium and the magnificent swimming pool are the highlights of this condominium which never fail to impress visitors and guests.

The interior of the units in Villa Marina are finished with marble or granite in the living and dining, fine timber covers the bedrooms. Most of the units have a tiny balcony in the living room. Some of the attached bathroom has a built-in Jacuzzi bathtub. Single floor units and maisonettes are available for rent and sale.

Amenities such as supermarkets, food centres and shops can be found at the nearby Siglap Centre and are within walking distance. Driving to the city takes around 10 minutes and it is 5 minutes drive to the Changi International Airport.
