Very good place for expats , one of the best condominiums in Singapore.

Great condo with excellent facilities in a fantastic location close to everything.

Great place to live Close to many amenities at both Valley Point and Great World City Easy access to Orchard Road not that one needs to go there anyway Place is very well maintained compared to other places and has great facilities compared to the newer condos Lots of green and it's peaceful and quiet

Tyrannical management who direct their security staff to harass residents and even children using the site facilities They are determined to go way above and beyond what is required by the government on Covid safety regulations creating a horrible atmosphere where you are constantly being watched by someone and then harassed by security for even the slightest infraction of their draconian rules When confronted with the fact that they are going beyond the law they simply reply 'well this is condo-law' laid down by the management This behavior is a fairly recent development but if it continues then I will be moving to another site Very sad as I have been here for over 5 years and everything was fine before this

Convenient location . A neighbourhood that has many amenities within walking distance.

A hidden gem close to Orchard and Clarke Quay.

Pros: This condo is a value buy with plenty of attractive attributes - 999 status, large land plot, units are much bigger compared to new devts, full facilities, grand airconditioned lobby, good security, strong local family and expat vibes. Amenities and public transport aplenty. Park connector, Orchard, Clarke Quay, oldschool Tiong Bahru district are only a stone throw away. Condo exteriors have undergone repainting and swimming pool toilets newly refurbished, etc. The maintenance effort and landscaping care is great. Not to mention upcoming Great World City mrt is minutes away from condo sidegate. Enbloc potential - only if owners are willing to forsake the good living environment.

Cons: the individual units might require some sprucing up and renovation given that it is not a new dev(20 years) (but it’s worth every bit effort).

Love that its next to the park connector. My kids aged 8 and 10 love to go cycling along the park connector which brings you past Robertson/Clarke/ Boat Quays all the way to Gardens by the Bay and even to Eaat Coast Park.

Facilities are amazingly comprehensive for kids. They have lots to do with the huge pool, tennis and squash courts, basketball court and playground. You won't have them cooped up at home with the screens all day.

Shower rooms at the pool area are newly renovated. Both male and female toilets have a steam room and a sauna.

Buildings have been newly painted and lifts are new as well. The air conditioned grand lift lobbies are make you feel very welcome every time you come home.

Not to mention the convenience of having Great World City and Valley Point at your doorstep. Lots of buses bring you everywhere in Singapore and the Great World MRT will be up in 2 years time.

Apartments are spacious. 3 bedrooms around 1700sf and 2 bedrooms around 1200sf.

This is a great place to live in for a long time.

Only downside to the place? Its 20 years old so some apartments are in need of work. Renovated units would be preferred.

Great view, peaceful environment. A home that you want to come back to.

Condo with excellent facilities and a lot of land space. Well-maintained. Lovely environment which is quiet, while near to town and 2 malls (Great World City and Valley Point).

Valley Park is close to Orchard and Great World City Mall.Easy Transportation

This condo has everything - space, facilities, convenient location. I can even take a slow walk to Orchard Road if I feel like it, otherwise it is a 5 minute bus ride. Great World City which is a 5 minute walk away has everything I need - a big supermarket, many restaurants and cafes, retail therapy, children's classes, gym.
Once you stay here it is hard to want to stay elsewhere in Singapore.
Only issue is that the condo is ageing, but if you get a good renovated unit, it won't be a problem.

Wonderful residential complex features very large, resort-style swimming pool and jacuzzi, as well as a gym, sauna, clubhouse, outdoor BBQ pits, squash court, tennis courts, playground and 24-hour security. In addition, the complex has a dry cleaner and hair salon. Located directly adjacent to Valley Point Shopping Centre, which features a Fairprice Finest supermarket, several ATMs, Costa Coffee, yoga studio (Affinity Yoga), pet store, 7-11 and a number of cafes and restaurants.

Less than 10-minute walk from Great World City, a mall featuring a cinema, a large supermarket (Cold Storage), Food Junction (food court), DBS bank, several ATMs, doctor office and many restaurants and retailers (including boutique shops, Zara, Esprit, Marks & Spencer, florist, electronics stores, cell phone shop, furniture stores, hardware store, Toast Box, Starbucks, Ben & Jerry's and McDonald's). Also less than 10-minute walk from Zion Hawker Center.

Minutes from Orchard Road by bus or taxi. Several feeder bus services are available near Valley Park.

For those who enjoy outdoor exercise, the complex is also located right next to the Singapore river, along which there are popular foot paths for jogging and cycling.

Schools are mostly a short drive away, including Crescent Girls' School, Overseas Family School, and ISS International School.

For vehicle owners, driving from Valley Park to either the business hub or the bustling Orchard Road shopping district takes less than 10 minutes, via Havelock Road and Paterson Road respectively.
