ABOUT THE TENERIFFE
The Teneriffe is a strata-titled cluster housing development located at Laurel Wood Avenue just off Sixth Avenue. This development has a total of 148 cluster houses consisting of 4+1 bedroom and 5+1 bedroom units. Strata-houses are landed homes with large interior spaces and recreational facilities.
There are 2 private parking lots in each unit and facilities at The Teneriffe includes swimming pool, gymnasium, BBQ, pool table, pool side lounge, children's playground.
The Teneriffe is strategically located between Bukit Timah and Holland Road and a stone's throw from the popular Holland Village. It is also near to the Turf City and Guthrie House where amenities like supermarkets, restaurants, eating places, post office and many other variety of shops can be found. International schools like the Dutch, German, and Swiss Schools are located nearby.
The Teneriffe is accessible via the nearby Pan Island Expressway (PIE) which leads to Changi Airport and all other parts of Singapore. Commuting to Orchard Road takes a mere 5 minutes.

Very bad management kids running around hitting each other with sticks swimming pool toys everywhere rats and insects in the basement very humid and everything gets moldy Management not taking any responsibility and securities not doing their job Overall not recommended

Layout is superb, and facilities are not bad for a cluster housing. Units are spacious, but it is a bit inconvenient for people who take public transport.

Very child friendly. Very pleasant, green and lively condo. You will need a car though, although MRT is expected in a year time or so. Excellent pool.

Prior to moving into the Teneriffe I had lived in 4 different condos & bungalows so I am quite familiar with the different styles of living and what different locations can offer in terms of nearby amenities, onsite facilities and general convenience.
We have young children in our family and this place suits us the best of all the places we have lived. Our kids walk safely around the estate by themselves, they have lots of friends here and we find the community to be very sociable. There are regular events for the kids that get organized by the estate’s managing agent. A real plus for our family is the large 30m pool which is a rarity to find these days.
We looked at some other cluster developments before moving to the Teneriffe and none of them seemed to have the amount of common area space and decent sized bedrooms as here.
Overall we find this to be a very enjoyable community to be part of and are likely to stay here for quite some time.

Location ! Location ! The Teneriffe is situated between the Circle Line Holland Village MRT station and the soon completed Down Town Line at 6TH Avenue and there are numerous bus lines on 6th Avenue : these are good points with the teenagers .
For the younger children , this condominium is heaven : the swimming pool is big , the playground safe and the paths around the residences are great for running around

I love this development not only for its locality (near top schools and leading schools), it is 7 minutes drive to orchard which is very convenient. In addition, the facilities are great love the little pond for kids to roam in and the large pool. I also lvoe the fact that the units are huge with most are 3000 sqft and has at least 5 rooms (enough for each kid in the house!) Would definitely recommend it to expat or extended families. It is a nice and serene place.
