- Prime location right at the crossroads of Orchard Road and Scotts Road/Paterson Road in the heart of Singapore. Paterson Hill, likened to the “Beverly Hills” of Singapore is just up the road!
- 5 mins or less walk to Orchard MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) station, and of course to shopping centers ION Orchard, Wheelock Place etc.
- Right opposite the ISS International School and the Overseas Family School.
- Rooftop infinity-edge swimming pool (can do laps) and lounge deck
- Upmarket resident and tenant profile
