The Heliconia condominium is located near the Kembangan MRT station. It is within the premium and quiet landed residential estate of Kembangan.
It is near to Chai Chee Technopark and Bedok neighborhood. It has also a small mall – Kembangan Plaza opposite the apartment with some retail shops, a larger mall would be the nearby Parkway Parade Shopping Centre and the Bedok Central.
