The Anchorage is a high rise mixed development consisting of 775 apartments and 83 shops. Residents can do their shopping at Anchor Point Shopping Mall (part of The Anchorage project).

This condominium is located just opposite IKEA which is along Alexandra Road. Queenstown Shopping Centre (great for sports equipment and sporting goods) is just across the traffic junction. BMW car show room is also just across the road. Harley Davidson, Jaguar, Toyota, Mercedes Benz, Honda showrooms are also in the same vicinity.

Studio units (1 bedrooms) are located above the food court and though facing Alexandra Road, the units have soundproofed windows.

Public transport is easily available along Alexandra Road with a bus stop located just outside the development and Queenstown MRT station is about 10 minutes walk from The Anchorage.
