Very nice and convenient location. Opposite Bishan MRT station and Junction 8 shopping center. Near CPF building. 10 min train ride to Orchard road.

Good area to be slightly away from city center but accessible pretty quickly. Super convenient across the street (literally) from MRT stations on Red & Yellow lines.
