Sanctuary is 15 walk from Stadium mrt and soon will have the Tg Rhu MRT that will be 1 minute walk away. The convenience of commuting and saving from not needing a car has never been more relevant. Ideally located in a upmarket and quiet residential neighbourhood and yet only walking distance from Leisure mall and Kallang Wave. Supermarkets like NTUC and Cold storage, cinema, bowling, retail shops, hair solons, restaurants and recreation within walking reach making daily living so convenient.

We have lived in this beautiful condo for more than 3.5 years and taken splendid care of the apartment.
There is no other condo that is so conveniently located, has such a great community of tenants, and on top of it such resort-style facilities.
The connectivity to CDB, parks, public transportation and leisure facilities in the East is unbeatable.

Beautiful surrounding with ponds and trees, condo facilities include tennis court , squash , gym, mini mart, laundry service, children playground, BBQ pit, function room and reading room. Very well maintained. Separate family pool and adult lap pool. Big children playground. Ideal for family.
