Rio Vista has an extensive range of recreational facilities. Located near to Punggol Park and Sungei Serangoon (Serangoon River), high floor apartments will enjoy beautiful view of the river or Punggol Park.
Rio Vista has many amenities like shops, markets, food centres located around the condominium. It is accessible via the nearby Tampines Expressway (TPE), driving to the airport takes 15 minutes and 25 minutes to the Central Business District.

Block 24, lifts no:13 have problem , the lift sound spoil , already complain so many time still not fix, so scary .. and it Toshiba brand , complain once at 16th feb 2017, and now 23th feb the thing happen again , the sound become louder...

Full facilities include 50m lap pool, large children's pool, 2 tennis courts, gym with sauna, outdoor exercise area, club house, barbecue pits overlooking the river, walking path, foot reflexology.
Only 3 min to KPE, 8 min to CTE, 15 min to city! Regular Shuttle bus to Hougang MRT, Bus interchange and Hougang Mall. Close to good schools, IKEA, Mega Courts and Giant.
Nestled amidst greenery & nature; Right next to the Punggol Park and on the Serangoon park connector by the Serangoon river (for jogging, cycling & fishing).

Quiet living by the serene river side, while being super accessible by KPE to the city in 15 min. Excellent facilities include 50m lap pool, two tennis courts, children pool, outdoor exercise facilities, gym, function room. Serangoon riverside park connector offers jogging, cycling, fishing etc.
