Well maintained and clean condo with private lift right to the doorstep Ample B1 and B2 car parking which allows for second car parking at just 50 per month 1st car parks free Units have windows on both sides allowing for good cross ventilation Dining and living are separated each with its own windows 4-bedder units come with a junior master room with its attached bathroom Longish yard with a long row of windows which is great for airing of laundry with absolute no need for dryers Each unit has its own back door at the back of the house not beside the main door unlike other condos This back door is near the maid's room and bathroom The kitchen has louvres windows and hence not stuffy All bathrooms have windows too which help in air circulation and not trap smell The first floor are free from cars where children play and where the facilities are There are 4 side gates with card access equally spaced around the condo depending where we wish to head to 2 entrances and 2 exits for cars 1 at the main entrance the other at the back of the condo The intercom system has just been overhauled and it boosts video functions Many residents love this condo so much that they upgrade or downsize within the condo which has 2 bedders 3 bedders 4 bedders and penthouses There are also many organized outings or tours by the committee members with buses pick up and drop off at the condo This is good for young families or retirees and lacking in other condos It is within walking distance to 2 markets Keat Hong and Teck Whye food courts at Keat Hong and The Mirage

Huge area of development, private lift, 3 swimming pool, bowling alley, which is difficult to find else

Nice living environment where compound of the condo is spacious and comfortable. A good choice for home-sweet-home.
