if you love shitty neighbours and management this is the house for you Will recommend you to them from how I feel experience in staying in this shitty condo It is extreme irresponsible management and rude and arrogant neighbours as if i even care about them until i met that racist woman Previously the house was completely filled with pigeon shit and that i had to build a netting to prevent the birds from entering and shitting everywherehowever this year they decided to be clever and build a netting too which was too late OBVIOUSLY Like How smart they are

Not only that if you are a gym addict don’t rentsell cause it is also shitty and freaking small slightly bigger than the house toilet only Additionally the equipments have a huge variety they have only 4 DIFFERENT TYPES of equipment to use and We have to take turns to use the equipments which have to wait long

Lastly their lifts always break down and you might need to wait long for the lift

Old condo but is the nearest to the center and to the MRT

- 2 stations (20 mins drive) from Orchard Rd
- 3 mins walk from Toa Payoh MRT and Bus interchange
- Ample open area with garden and s/pool.
