Melville park has got various blocks. Land size is huge. Have got space to walk. Greenery. Has children play ground and swimming pool. Access to simie MRT

Beautiful condo with various amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, squash court, tennis court, basketball court and an in house department store.

it is a great place and even has a supermarket on site and very close to simei MRT

Very near Simei MRT. Access and transport to Changi Business park. Great expat community.

Located in a peaceful estate, near to schools and business park.

I have lived here as a subsidiary proprietor since TOP 1996 and have experienced many changes in the last 20 years.

What I LIKE:

1) 10 mins walk to Simei MRT and Eastpoint Mall
2) 10 mins drive to Changi Airport
3) Easy to flag a taxi along the main road
4) Apartment units are relatively spacious compared to developments

What I DISLIKE:

1) Management Office are not responsive to residents’ complaints/feedback, e.g. emails sent are not replied
2) Security guards treat residents taking taxis into Melville Park as second class residents
3) 70% of residents are foreign Indians
4) Children often scream, skateboard, cycle, run, play, etc. along ground floor common corridor and irritating nearby residents
5) Some residents at upper floors throw litter and all sorts of things out the balcony and window

Excellent Mini Mart inside condo

Big development, great facilities, and very well maintained despite the project's age. The pool is always well maintained, you can also get everything you need from the minimart downstairs. The unit has no bay windows and a reasonable sized balcony. Compared to new condos with huge balconies and baywindows, the unit at Melville park is big by comparison. The MRT is about 3 bus stops away, and the bus stop is right outside the side gate for convenience.
