The Managing Agent MA in Laguna88 name Serene Ho from Propmag Management doesn't have a simple professional attitude towards residents and the service providers Very poor quality work and character attitudes She uses explicit languages and use people's mother in scolding the service security officers and it's management I hopefully the new council chairman and the respective members demand her to apologize and kick her OUT She also bad mouth some of Laguna88 residents to the service providers especially about the ex council members In addition she put all residents and their pets in high risk and unsafe situations where most of the life saving and essential equipments are not working at all in this condo Council members must sack her for job not done properly laziness harresments and unprofessional attitude at Laguna88 Failure to do so a police report will be lodged and a complaint will be reported to MOM and as well at Building and Construction Authority She tarnished the image of this condo and failed to safeguard the residents Further will be circulated in social platforms if no action taken
