Kim Sia Court is located at Jalan Jintan, directly behind Lucky Plaza, The Paragon at Orchard Road. There are no recreational facilities in Kimsia Court but its excellent location in the heart of Orchard is the main attraction for buyers and tenants.

Major shopping centres, hotels, supermarkets, country clubs as well as the Orchard and the Somerset MRT stations are all within a stones’ throw from Kimsia Court.

Public transport is readily available along Orchard Road. It takes about 7 minutes walk to the nearest Orchard MRT Station.
