For all prospective renters: the building operates a strict policy of NOT ALLOWING VISITORS overnight - they are racist particularly if you are not Chinese, and will threaten to call police and "ban" people who want to visit. Rather than explaining in a professional way the security guards at the gate are hostile and aggressive. Their response when questioned is that it is the decision of the "committee" - whoever they are.
