From all the postings above, you have one group of people saying, its noisy, full of kids play balls around, space congested bcos of kids and maids. And we have another group of people saying the security is tight, guards prohibited the kids, no balls, no scoot.
Sigh, i think you just have two groups of very stupid residence bickering among each other and the mgmt dont know what to do with you. Either way, the guards will get it from either side of you. All your postings here are just ignorant and self centred..... Just dumb.

Nice facilities but thats about it. Lots and lots of management rules for the sake of rules. Security guards totally out of control in harrassing residents families and guests over ridiculous non-issues. Whereas management fails to fulfill its primary duties to keep the public areas clean and/or functional. They routinely clamp down guests even residents cars for incorrect parking and often turn away deliveries if unable to contact in one call. Condo looks be closer to some decent food places at RQ but the walk up the hill is a killer. Layout of conmon areas very badly planned as the kids, maids and pets all end up congregating in a small area that makes it very noisy especially for the low floors or those units facing the pool.

Excellent facilities but the place has been taken over by the kids and guards. Due to its design the kids/teens congregage in the only open public space with football, scooties and screaming kids coming at you from all sides the moment you step out of the house for a peaceful walk. There are hardly any other open places for them to play or run around. Guards and security have taken residents harrassment to a completely different level often getting each and every resident to show their access cards at the gates, and asking the same stupid question of which block someone is going to when entering from the 261 block entrance (only 261 block ppl use that, if it wasn't apparent). Management believes they are doing residents a favor by being strict on security but they mostly manage to harrass the residents whereas countless non-residents still manage to use the gym, swimming pool and the putting green.

Hi,
This is one of a few condominiums "in town" that feels like a resort with generous grounds and facilities. While this is not one of the newer condos in the area, it is well maintained with regular upgrading. Definitely a very convenient place to live.

Have a look at the comments below to see the sorry state of this condo. Parents have been asking for reasonable solutions and a compromise which would allow all kids and parents to benefit.
I’d also like to honestly share my view.
Gym? Recently renovated yet still looks horrible with hardly any new equipment.
Pool? Dangerous at most times with very sharp edges. Not very practical for a pool, correct?
Putting Green? No one uses it. And there are leaves on the field all day long so kinda defeats the purpose for a putting green.
Squash courts? They should be converted to saunas due to the temperature inside.
Don’t even get me started with the surface that when wet becomes as slippery as ice throughout the condo. Good thing it doesn’t rain a lot in Singapore.
And the rest of the condo? Good look with the bugs/mosquitoes round the back , elevators that keep getting stuck - you get the idea...

A bit of common sense
I had enjoyed living in this place for almost 10 years.
The current management council lacks common sense and reasonableness to ensure this place remains liveable for all residents. This creates a lot of misunderstanding and unhappiness amongst residents.
What used to be a family friendly place is no longer so, sadly.
