It's a nice place. Limited facilities. Fairly convenient. Decently maintained. However there is a cranky old man who is really unkind and makes weird demands to security and other residents. Ridiculous signage put up saying children cant wait at the lobby for the school bus. Ok so where do they wait. A real pity for an otherwise nice place. The gate system is so rigid. You need to dial a number to open the gate. What.. makes getting your grab ride so troublesome.

Nice quiet place. The infamous Newton Food Centre is just across the street to make late night supper possible. Extremely close to Newton MRT. Orchard is just one stop away.

Very convenient. Close to MRT station which is good for those who are not driving. Orchard Road is just a short drive away and the popular Newton food centre is just a stone throw away
