Fantastic surroundings! So breezy that the aircon is hardly used and the condo is very nicely maintained. Many of the tenants have been here for more than 5 years. Two thumbs up.

Evergreen Park is a residential development located in Hougang - one of the most rapidly growing and developing hubs inSingapore. Evergreen Park is also located minutes away from Hougang MRT Station and Hougang Central Bus Interchange. There are several schools in the vicinity. It is close to Hougang Mall, where there are many restaurants and eating establishments, banks, supermarkets, and other shops.
For vehicle owners, it takes 15-20 minutes to get to the business hub and the vibrant Orchard Road shopping district, viaKallang-Paya Lebar Expressway.

Best Condo in Hougang, Lived here for 2 years. No regret, getting better instead. The design in fine and quite spacious with the extended bay window. Privacy at living, dining and rooms. Windy all over the place. Quite pool, decks and enviroment almost at all time. Plenty parking lots and easy to find. Good convenient store and eating place next to back gate. About 5 min to reach KPE. Not to expensive maintainance. Great path along the river across the road. See to believe.
