Under poor management. Building continues to have issues with water seepage and significant maintenance concerns. The managing group, Ocean Lim, does not follow-up on tenant requests in a timely manner, if at all.

TOP in 2015. Very new. 2-minute walk from Somerset MRT. Lots of eateries nearby. 24-hour supermarket.

DEVONSHIRE RESIDENCES

The number of residential units in Devonshire over the past few years has really reached saturation point, with each new development blocking the view of its neighbors. What makes matters worse is the simply ridiculous size of some of the units. The architect who designed this unit must have given a specification from the developer to design apartments for people less than 100cm in height ! How else could a regular sized person live in such a "shoe box" !!! The Penthouse barely has room for a bed, but I guess residents could always camp on the terrace! This like many other condos in the vicinity was built for greedy landlords who have no consideration for their prospective tenants.
