WATERWOODS - TOO NOISY AND POOR LOCATION NOT RECOMMENDED

Have been staying here for 3 years
Don't really enjoy it thus I'm writing this review for other expats
It's really noisy during the day and sometimes at night as it's very close to Paya Lebar Airbase You can often hear the jets roaring and it's difficult to conduct proper zoom meetings or when you are working from home
General feel when you drive in is okay
However drop-off point is a bit low class as compared to other nicer condos
Parking spaces are okay but there are some issues for owners of second cars
It is a pain to get a label for the second car and there is a lot of MCST in-fighting
Life lobby to your apartment is horribly ugly and feels like you are entering an industrial building
Facilities are poor except for the pool which is often overcrowded by children
Accessibility to major highways is poor and often face traffic jams in the morning and evenings There are also few eateries in the vicinity
I would not recommend living here You can easily find much nicer and better located condos in other parts of Singapore for a much cheaper price
