Probably the worst condo management I've seen out of the places Ive stayed in Singapore.
The condo manager, Candy, is basically useless in situations that requires her help. And at times she comes out with rules that implement more trouble for us residents staying in the building. It's as if she wanna show her authority that we cant say anything back because we are not locals.
Sent an email to the main Oxley management to complain about her, but not surprisingly there's no reply from them.
Agent told us that the floor levels were supposed to be opened for shops like 7-11, cafes, diners; been staying here for almost 8 months but there's yet to be any shops open yet, doesn't seem to one opening up any soon either.
My wife and myself will be planning to move out of here once the 1st year lease is up.
Ridiculous shithole for the premium price we are paying for, for interested tenants, you best try looking for the Visioncrest condo just beside it instead.
