Situated atop Junction Nine shopping center which is a mini mall with a supermarket, foodcourt, clinics, dentists, garment shops, restaurants etc.
The condo is still pretty new (built in 2016) and with very few units it's quiet and cozy.
Suitable for families due to it's convenience of shopping for everyday items a lift ride away and its good location at the heart of Yishun (walk to Northpoint and MRT).

Been renting at Nine Residences for a year. I must say it is a quiet and convenient location. Just take a lift to but groceries and for a meal at multiple foodcourts and restaurants.
It is also 2 bus stops only from Yishun or a 10min walk. 1 bus stop from the interchange. There is a CC and Polyclinic down the road as well.

Very nice place with full facilities and connected to a shopping mall which is downstairs. Walk to Yishun MRT is about 8 mins.
