Good condition. Great for families - pool and tennis courts make it easy to stay active.
Very peaceful given the location. 12 minute walk to the top of Orchard Road. Some units in better shape than others.

v.good Cond! but above my budget, Tenant who has a bigger budget might consider. Very spacious living and bedroom.
