Very inflexible towards visitorslots are all empty on 3rd floor but make visitors go all the way to one end Security guards are rude and inflexible Dont buy or rent if u want your visitors to have a good time visiting

- 5 mins walk from MRT station, yet, not directly next to the MRT, so no noise from the train and traffic
- many bus stops directly outside the condo
- wet market, supermarkets, convient stores, hair salons, clinics just across the street
- inifinity pool at level 15, and many swimming pools everywhere in the condo
- no fee for using bbq pits (for now)

A large project by Far East Oraganization. Beautiful scenery and outdoor facilities. The whole project has about 7 pools with one pool that is an infinity pool.
