Been owner resident for a few years
Pros spacious grounds windiness great unblocked views on high floors proactive MAMC 700 units but doesn't feel crowded not even the gym in the mornings convenient location to Clementi central 8min stroll where there is Clementi Mall and 2 small malls plus direct bus to Jurong East malls Westgate Jem IMM etc just 3-4 stops
Cons could be a bit noisy for Avenue 6 facing units mine faces Commonwealth Ave which is fine despite MRT line traffic at this junction gets pretty busy 7-730am due to NanHua Primary dropoff jam but fine after that
Was informed as at 2023 that MA will be launching rejuvenation program to repaint and address wear and tear issues

Although the estate has some up keeping to do, can’t deny that the views of the units (unblocked) and the location is really good In the west region of SG. I took the same time to go to CBD from Trilinq compared to my newton apartment.

This is a pro-family project with many pools and skyparks.
Units near the main road are very noisy, but the inward units are quite and windy. Most units have fantastic view.
Convenient transport with many buses linking to central and the west.
