D'Leedon bears witness to the Zaha Hadid's visionary approach to architecture, one that is deeply rooted in its context. The development takes its cue from its surroundings and in turn transforms its very surroundings, writing a new chapter in Singapore's urban development history. D'Leedon began with a study of the site's surrounding, its existing alignments, the main axis for Farrer Road, and the surrounding good-class bungalows. From there, a series of lines are drawn, each seemingly drawing in the active urban life and natural greens around D'Leedon.

Emerging from the well-manicured private gardens, within the site landscape, are seven towers. Striking, organic, these large man-made "trees" gently taper at their lower floors to allow for minimal footprint and maximum open areas on D'Leedon's generous land area. Each floor of the towers branches into petals, according to the number of units per floor.

It’s a distance short drive from Dempsey Hill and Holland Village, and the myriad of dining and drinking options those both afford. Being just 5 minutes’ walk from Farrer Park on the Circle Line, means that d’Leedon is also conveniently situated for those commuting to the CBD every day. The development is large, comprising 1715 residential units (including 12 semi-detached villa type units), and is one of the tallest buildings in area, giving d’Leedon residents spectacular views over the nearby Botanic Gardens and the well-known Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.CapitaLand is one of Asia’s main real estate companies based and listed in Singapore. I've lived in D'Leedon for 2.5 years with my family. The grounds and facilities are lovely and it is well suited for a family with young children or one seeking enrolment in nearby schools. The condo is small, oddly shaped (intentionally), and poorly made requiring almost constant repairs. What is most frustrating and appalling is the rude and aloof management office. They are truly awful.

Enjoyed living at this condo with its convenient location and ample facilities. Circle line Farrer Road MRT is just 5 mins walk away. Inhouse amenities like supermart, spa and cafe are great time savers

D'LEEDON - POOR BUILT QUALITY
on 06 Dec 16
This development may look nice from the outside, but the quality of the works and finishes are below standard. 2 years on, rectification works are still being carried out, lift lobby basements are still flooded on days with heavy rains. Finishes/ workmanship of the units are poor. Main contractor and their workers carry out slipshod work during the rectification period, that has to be done over and over, time and again. In the end, the rectification works are still not completed properly. Do not purchase a unit here.
