d’Leedon is located within a prime area of District 10, on the outskirts of a Good Class Bungalow enclave. It’s a distance short drive from Dempsey Hill and Holland Village, and the myriad of dining and drinking options those both afford. Being just 5 minutes’ walk from Farrer Park on the Circle Line, means that d’Leedon is also conveniently situated for those commuting to the CBD every day. The development is large, comprising 1715 residential units (including 12 semi-detached villa type units), and is one of the tallest buildings in area, giving d’Leedon residents spectacular views over the nearby Botanic Gardens and the well-known Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.CapitaLand is one of Asia’s main real estate companies based and listed in Singapore. Their diversified global real estate portfolio includes joined developments, shopping malls, serviced residences, offices and housing projects. CapitaLand’s main markets include Singapore, China, Indonesia, Malaysia & Vietnam being a potential new growth market.
d'Leedon – Unique Selling Points
d’Leedon is a large development project in every aspect. Its 36 storey towers are among the tallest in the district and guaranteed spectacular views over the neighbourhood and across into the Botanic Gardens & Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. The types of units available are 12 semi-detached penthouse style units, giving that extra space and privacy. The 8 retail units on site also provide an extra level of convenience to the residents. As well as being on the edge of a Good Class Bungalow enclave, d’Leedon is very close to both Dempsey Hill and Holland Village. The distance between to Farrer Road MRT Station is roughly a 5 minutes’ walk.
d'Leedon – Accessibility
The nearest MRT to d’Leedon is Farrer Road on the Circle Line, a 5 minute walk away. From there Botanic Garden MRT is 1 stop away from where you can get onto the Downtown Line. Holland Village is 1 stop in the other direction. Commuters will be able to get from Farrer Park to both Raffles Place and City Hall in less than half an hour. Dempsey Hill and Holland Village are both nearby, with the rich variety of drinking and dining options that they provide.Queensway is a very short drive away, which in turn leads to Bukit Timah Road and the PIE and AYE.

D'LEEDON

I've lived in D'Leedon for 2.5 years with my family. The grounds and facilities are lovely and it is well suited for a family with young children or one seeking enrolment in nearby schools. The condo is small, oddly shaped (intentionally), and poorly made requiring almost constant repairs. What is most frustrating and appalling is the rude and aloof management office. They are truly awful.
