Bad experience 1 year 2017 in La Brisa. There is no guardhouse, full of idiot people making noise and scream during the night. Crazy agent and crazy landlord, apartment was dirty and no maintenaince before me. I was appointed to pay by IRAS because landlord didn't pay property taxes. Low quality apartments and bad looking even the condo is not old.
