in the middle of HDB estates.
Not many places to eat around
poor quality of building material. elecrical equiptments are oftern giving trouble.
History of being the centre of dengue epidemic.

Well... sorry, so far, fellow tenants have feedback ... sucks! so much problem in the units there, even toilet bowl can leak, just year 1. more over, there's alot of cockroaches too. it's nice outside, inside is frustrating for most of us. i heard owner even refuse to pay off to developer.
Some expat complaint takes so long to do defects too.
